Planning
Planning is the first step in implementation of any project and includes all kinds of urban, rural and regional developments like structure plan, master plan, detailed area plan, housing complexes, high-rise buildings and commercial and industrial facilities. The plans are prepared to maximizing the social positive impacts and minimizing the environmental negative impacts.
Architecture
Architecture is normally the follow-up of the planning activities although it may be undertaken as an independent project as well. Such projects would include commercial and public facilities, housing and residential complexes, educational institutes, health care facilities with special emphasis on landscaping and creation of aesthetic environment.
Engineering
